When we talk about Pisa we refer to its tower known in all the world, but the tower is just one of the many beautiful things that can be admired in Pisa. Pisa is not just Piazza dei Miracoli. In my opinion, with half a day you can not discover Pisa in all its beauty, that why I recommend you devote all day.
Visit Pisa in an easy way, without missing anything.
I would begin the journey immediately with the icing, the Piazza dei Miracoli which is part of the UNESCO Heritage. That is the place that every tourist dreams of. Here you will find the Cathedral dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta, Campo Santo, the Baptistery and the Bell Tower which would be the famous Tower of Pisa.
Tips on how to get to Piazza Dei Miracoli.
By car. If you arrive by car, you can rest assured you find the parking quietly, obviously on the blue lines and you have to pay, so prepare the coins. The only day that parking is not paid in Pisa is Sunday.
By train. If you arrive by train, then I would suggest you get off at the San Rossore station. Usually, trains to Pisa go very often, but be careful, because many of them only stop at the Central station and at this point, you have a nice walk.
By bus. Another way to reach the Piazza dei Miracoli is by bus. If you arrive by bus, check to see if it passes near the square or you have to change it at the station.
